Qui sommes-nous?
EcoGreen Rif sera la première entreprise du nord du Maroc dédiée à la revalorisation écologique des pneus usagés.
Porté par des entrepreneurs et investisseurs marocains résidant à l’étranger, ce projet ambitieux incarnera une nouvelle vision du développement durable au Maroc : allier innovation industrielle, impact environnemental et engagement social.
Installée à Al Hoceïma, au cœur d’une zone industrielle stratégique, l’usine s’étendra sur plusieurs hectares et sera équipée d’une ligne semi-automatisée de rechapage à chaud et à froid.
Une technologie moderne, respectueuse de l’environnement, conforme aux normes internationales, qui permettra à EcoGreen Rif de produire localement et de limiter la dépendance aux importations
Le projet reposera sur trois piliers essentiels :
- Économie circulaire:
Transformer les déchets en ressources et prolonger la durée de vie des matériaux
- Innovation technologique:
Exploiter les procédés les plus récents de rechapage industriel.
- Engagement social et territorial:
Créer des emplois locaux, former des jeunes du Rif et dynamiser la région d’Al Hoceïma
EcoGreen Rif représentera une nouvelle génération d’industries marocaines : propres, responsables et fièrement enracinées dans leur territoire.

EcoGreen Rif will become the first company in northern Morocco dedicated to the eco-friendly recovery and retreading of used tires.
Driven by Moroccan entrepreneurs and investors living abroad, this ambitious initiative will embody a new vision for Morocco’s sustainable future — combining industrial innovation, environmental responsibility, and social engagement.
Based in Al Hoceïma, at the heart of a key industrial zone, the facility will cover several hectares and feature a semi-automated hot and cold retreading line.
This modern and eco-efficient technology will meet international standards and allow EcoGreen Rif to produce locally, reducing dependence on imports.
The project will rely on three key pillars:

Turning waste into reusable resources and extending material life cycles
- Technological Innovation:
Integrating state-of-the-art industrial retreading processes

Creating jobs, training young talent, and energizing the Rif region
